HOUSE OF WORSHIP BUILDING PASCA-MINISTERS' REGULATION NUMBER 9 AND 8 IN 2006:

STUDY AT CIMAHI CONGREGATION OF TORAJA CHURCH

Abstrak

This study wanted to see the completed equipment regulations of team Cimahi Toraja Church building based on PBM No. 9 and 8 in 2006, particularly in articles 13 and 14, and to see the Toraja sociocultural where the Toraja Church were built. This research was a case study with sociojuridical approach, and used the interview, observation, and document study in data collecting. Juridically, this research found that Toraja Church completed the equipments based on PBM No. 9 and 8 in 2006, and got legal recomendation, and the Toraja Church had heterogeneous sociocultural, most of them come from Indonesia regions with has their different sociocultural, customs, and religions. Moreover, they could comprehend their diversities.
