NON-CIVIL SERVANTS ISLAMIC ADVISING IMPLEMENTATIONAT DEPOK CITY

Abstrak

This study tried to describes the process of advising implementation that conducted by non-civil servants Islamic advisors at Depok city. The results of this study showed that candidate recruitment of non-civil servant Islamic advisors at Depok City was held by civil servant advisor directly. The main tasks and works non-civil servant Islamic advisors’ still refer to the non-civil servant Islamic advisors’ tasks and works regulations. In addition to advising, the non-civil servant advisors were also involved in religious activities at village, sub-districts, and municipality level. Beside participating in basic training advising, they are also followed some advising trainings, such as inter-department training. Furthermore, they also participated in ordinary training and got advising from civil servant Islamic advisors. Their yearly tasks and works were evaluated while advising process.
