PRE-MARRIAGE ADVISING IMPLEMENTATION:

CASE STUDY AT INDRAMAYU AND WIDASARI SUB-DISTRICTS, INDRAMAYU REGENCY

Abstrak

The aims of this study was to desribe the pre-marriage advising implementation at the religious office Indramayu and Widasari sub- districts, Indramayu Regency, that included of duration aspects, material, advising method, key informant, budgeting, and identification of suporting and obstacle factors implemetation for pre-marriage advising course based on the regulations of Direktorat Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam (Dirjen Bimas Islam) Number DJ.II/542 in 2013. The main objective of this study was Indramayu Regency where had a highest position of national divorce data. The samples were two religious offices, namely the most had N/R events (Indramayu sub-district) and the less had N/R events (Widasari sub- district). This study was a qualitative research which used the interviews, documentary study, and observation techniques in collecting data. This study concluded that pre-marriage advising implementation at religious offices Indramayu and Widasari sub-districts, Indramayu Regency did not based on Perdirjen Bimas Islam Number DJ.II/542 in 2013 yet optimally. Those conditions were caused by unimplemented supporting factors and unclear regulation, in fact that there were a enough infrastructures.
