PENAMAS is an open-access journal. No publication fees (0 USD) are charged to authors.

This covers every stage of publication:

  • manuscript review process;
  • editing;
  • layout;
  • article publication; and
  • DOI registration.

Author Responsibilities

The author is fully responsible for the substantive revisions, language refinement, and final editing needed to meet the journal’s template and house style.

  • Manuscripts must meet academic, linguistic, and technical standards before and during the revision process.
  • Revisions must follow the comments of the editor and reviewers within the specified timeline.
Optional professional services. Authors who choose professional proofreading or other editorial support remain responsible for that arrangement, and it must follow the journal’s editorial guidelines. The journal does not provide or charge for such services.
