MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATION INNOVATION FOR QUALITY ORIENTED AT ISLAMIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (MIN) MALANG 1, MALANG CITY

Abstrak

The aims of this study is to explore the management of education innovation for quality oriented at State Islamic Elementary School Malang 1, Malang City, East Java. Education innovation quality oriented are ideas, practices, objects, and new methods education to achieve education goals or to solve education problems. Idea, practice, and new method are somethings running, being, and practicing in daily management process to increase management quality. Through case study qualitative approach, this study found some practiced innovations at MIN Malang 1, Malang City, those are (1) learning innovation, (2) technology innovation, (3) curriculum innovation, (4) administration innovation, (5) structural innovation, (6) human resources innovation, (7) infrastructure innovation, and (8) social involving innovation.
