Abstrak

This research described: 1) the Islamic kindergarten quality based on kindergarten national standard, 2) the supporting and obstacle factors to achieve the kindergarten national standard, and 3) the efforts of Islamic kindergarten to overcome the problems in kindergarten standard achievement. The results showed that Islamic kindergarten quality showed different things. The Islamic kindergarten on the A and B acreditation level showed the quality achievement constantly on A and B level. While the Islamic kindergarten on the C acreditation level, it showed the most significant ‘A’, and which did not get the accreditation reached the medium level ‘C’. The supporting factors to achieve Islamic kindergarten quality were caused by managers’ spirits and motivations, inter-managers’ Islamic kindergarten cooperation, and good networking among society, namely between parents and school officials. The obstacles factor were the limited budget, less of teacher namely advising teachers, lack of infrastructure and long distance between villages. Some efforts were been done to overcome the problems, such as to use the manufactures effectively and maximally, to apply management transparantly, to increase teachers’ comptences, to do the teachers’ school tasks out of school, and to build good communication with others related-institutions.
